Michelle Evans

I was born in Idaho! I am a navy brat so I grew up all over, mostly Colorado and Utah. I have been in Grand Junction since 2000. I graduated from Fruita Monument HS and I attended CMU, my area of study was nursing with a minor in social work. 

My family and I have run a very successful security business in the Grand Valley for over 40 years. I worked there for the last 13 years.  I also worked on the Orthopedic and Spine unit at St. Mary's hospital for several years! Having lived in many different places, I know what a GEM we have here in Grand Junction. I want to share that! And I want to take care of our locals as well. 

I got licensed in July 2022. Started my Real Estate career with the wonderful people at Coldwell Banker! Right now I am focusing on sales in Grand Junction and surrounding areas- Fruita, Palisade, Loma, Mack, Orchard Mesa and Clifton. My main goal is to service the area where I live and work right alongside my clients. I want to help my clients achieve their goals whether it be investment opportunities, finding their forever home or the sale of a property!  

I pride myself in my ability to listen to what my clients really need and want. I pride myself in negotiations with buyers and sellers to provide a positive solution for everyone involved. I also pride myself in attention to detail!  I am now fully in real estate 100%! My family and I sold our business and I am very focused on my work in real estate. I have two kids, 13 and 9. They play a wide range of sports so when I am not at the office, you can usually find me driving kids and equipment all over, or hollering on the sidelines! I have two Alaskan Malamutes who are very big and very shy! They do pull my kids around on a sled around the neighborhood in the winter. It's very entertaining! We love skiing, hiking, spending time at the lake, coaching, and we love attending sports games in Grand Junction.
